Porn – One Girl’s Point Of View

Porn To Have Fun

A friend of mine recently confided in me that she had broken up with her boyfriend because ‘he was a pervert’ and ‘he was cheating on me’. Naturally, I felt awful for her and asked her how she found out about the cheating. “I was using his computer and went through his browser history. He had been on Pornhub, Redtube and a bunch of other porn sites” she said in disgust.

Hold on a minute, “Do you mean he was watching porn, so you think he is a cheating pervert?” I quizzed. I was shocked to discover this is exactly what she meant. My sympathy quickly flew out of the window, and was replaced with judgement. I know it’s not right, but if you can’t judge your friends then who can you judge? She has to be kidding me. I know people have strong feelings about porn but considering the viewing of porn as cheating is simply ridiculous!

Not Just For Boys

Historically, porn is considered to be something only men would enjoy, but nowadays millions of women watch it too. I’m telling you, women love to masturbate as much as men, it’s just not discussed as much or joked about. And whilst I and many others are happy to reach a solo climax using nothing but our dirty imaginations, we girls also enjoy the visual stimulation a bit of pornography can provide.

My biggest issue is deciding which filth to watch. Picking a video on Pornhub is as hard as selecting a new show to watch on Netflix, only there is even more choice! I sometimes browse for an hour before selecting. Having initially logged on intending to find some lesbian massage videos, I find myself veering off on a sexual tangent. Now I’m checking out videos of a white girl attempting to accommodate six black cocks simultaneously. How did that happen?

Kid In A Candy Shop

Any fetish you may have, the internet can indulge. So, what’s not to like? Well, some say pornos are not realistic enough, but personally I don’t want to watch ‘real’ people having sex. I don’t wish to see voyeuristic amateurs giving it a go in front of a their iphone camera. Trust me, I’m not looking to fuck any fat ugly men, so why do I want to see fat, ugly men fucking their fat, ugly wives?

Yes, I like my porn stars to be pretty and in possession of a neat vagina. The guys should have large dicks, with a load that could pin me against the wall. All of that is appealing to me, because porn is a fantasy. It’s not supposed to be real, well, not that real anyway. I don’t watch Coronation Street because the story lines are realistic or reflect my own life. I watch it to be taken out of myself for an hour or two, and get lost in an entertaining world of fiction.

It All Stems From Childhood

When I was a kid, my dad kept his stash of dirty magazines under his bed and a collection of DVDs in the closet. My best friend and I would sneak a peek whenever we could. We found them endlessly fascinating. It was so interesting to see all the different sex acts and positions. The videos taught me how to perform oral sex, a task in which I like to think I have a high level of expertise.

Pornography allows us to indulge our deeper darker fantasies without having to act upon them. For instance, I love to watch a girl get gang-banged by a group of latino men, or an older lady fuck her son’s best friend. I place myself in that role whilst I watch and I really get off on the fantasy. In reality, why would I want to be fucked by ten guys at a time? I wouldn’t, it’s a fantasy I can orgasm to, then forget all about it.

 Sharing The Love

Watching porn with a partner is a lot of fun. I like seeing exactly what turns them on, then re-enacting it with them. Copying the scenes is great fun, it almost feels like role play. Fucking whilst watching others fuck is a huge turn on. I also enjoy watching a guy masturbate to a porno. I don’t really see a downside to pornography in all honesty. ‘They’ say you can become addicted to it and that could lead to problems. As soon as you become an addict, the subject of your addiction ceases being fun and becomes a problem. However this is not exclusive to pornography, and it’s not porn’s fault.

I feel pornography can teach and it can re-ignite passion in a relationship. It can also bring couples closer by helping them to explore their wants and desires, relax and unwind from the stresses of a busy life.

Don’t Replace Me!

If your man is more interested in porn than he is in you, I can see why that would present a big problem in your relationship. The solution is not to accuse him of being a pervert like my friend did though, it just requires a change of approach. Try spicing up sex between you with new positions, locations or role playing. If you are open to it, suggest enjoying videos together. Personally I don’t care If my boyfriend has been spending hours on Pornhub, as long as he fucks me like it’s a conjugal visit the next time I see him  Not everyone loves it but give it a go.

In conclusion, I would say to each their own. And remember, porn is like Marmite, you can end up in a sticky mess.

Now if you will excuse me, all of this porn talk has made me horny. So I’m off to find footage of a bored housewife getting anally invaded by a gang of lesbian biker chicks whilst her husband gets sucked off by her best friend in a gimp mask!
